Redmi Note 4 Review
It’s a well-known fact, companies don’t put all their fruits in the same basket, it’s always one at a time to keep the ball Rolling in the longer run and that’s the way to survive and succeed.
But what happens when someone showcases the same basket with a change which even makes Minute feel like a monster shame, that’s when you feel cheated, and previously that’s what the Chinese giant XIAMOI has achieved. Also known as APPLE of the DRAGON, Maybe they took it too seriously because like the Big Apple this too has disappointed even more.
Major turns MINUS
Of Redmi note 4 is carrying the legacy of the highly successful note series and lots was expected this time, especially on the CAMERA front, what with all its major competition coming out with a dual camera or great selfie etc, but in comparison to what others have brought to the table, they have given nothing. The 13 MP Rear camera (Dual Tone LED Flash) and 5MP Front with 720 recording, should have felt great on paper at least but only if it was 2016 January, as this January has already seen phones in this range with dual rear and front cameras, and like it or not Camera has become a major attraction for most buyers when it comes to a layman buying a mobile.
The big problem of low light clicks still persist in this range of mobiles and this one too is sailing the same boat.
Octacore Snapdragon 625 processor is another downer.Hardcore gamers will not enjoy the bumpy ride, although it works smoothly when it comes to full filling it’s other duties, but again the buyers you are catering their best pass time is gaming then you are loosing your stronghold.
Why companies one after other are following in each other’s footsteps – HYBRID slot, when it’s not to anyone’s liking.
Already Killed your Golden goose XIAMOI with three major flaws.
IPS LCD (1080×1920) (401ppi).
4100mah which is fine for a day’s hard work of chatting and calling.
4GB, 3GB and 2GB. Pleasantly good 32GB internal storage with the expandable facility.
Finger print sensor
Every Tom Dick and Harry has this facility, and here too it works well.
Curved edges with all metal frame make it a touch better looking with a firm grip when holding.
Silver Grey, Gold, Blue and new Meta black.
175 grams may sound a bit heavy but with a balanced all around build makes it comfortable.
Should you buy it
If already have a Redmi note 3 then can wait unless someone gives 4 for free or wait for 5, hopefully, it will be what you want it to be.
Word of caution
It’s doesn’t take much be from “Face in the Crowd” to “Lost in the Crowd” When the target is users who are into clicks and heavy duty gaming tricks.
