If the government teacher is not removed, half the salary should be put in his personal account till he attains the age of 60 years and the amount thereafter is not fixed but should be part of the grant given to the school based on the number of children. This can increase and decrease earnings. This will lead to better performance in schools.4. It may also be a measure that the above system is implemented only for the school head and the salary of the remaining teacher will remain the same. But in the AC situation, the school leader will have to give a lot of autonomy. Like, the right to choose teachers etc.5. Abolish government inspection system, adopt social monitoring and social audit   Or, this work may sometimes be done through an NGO.6. Paperwork should be reduced in the colleges and for this, there should be the reinstatement of non-teaching staff. In the future, commitment and interest should also be taken along with the qualification of the selection of teachers.8. Preference should be given to the idea of ​​students, not officers in the selection of teachers.9. Each teacher gets Rs. Give the amount of 500 / – with confidence and do not ask for a voucher. Yes, ask their students if they have ever studied with the mentioned TLM. 10. All kinds of incentives should be eliminated from the college, which embodies the rites of asking children to become self-respecting and dependent on the government. MDM should be discontinued through teachers. All these things can be given in the form of facilitation in collaboration with other agencies. You can understand that education is like water placed in glass in which different pebbles of schemes are being put. The more pebbles you pour, the more water will fall from the glass. That is, as many schemes, as much education out of school. 11 To educate the parents and teachers by bringing various programs on TV so that they can understand the real meaning of education and understand how children should be treated. Every child has some specialness. Everyone cannot have their dreams imposed. Earning is not the aim of education, but understanding oneself and being sensitive to individual, macro, and nature is for education.13.
