Baahubali wave sweeps the nation, becomes the highest grosser of all time in India.
Baahubali wave: After the long dull period at the box office comes Baahubali: The Conclusion and swept the entire country with hysteria. The sequel to previous Telegu period fantasy got all the required marketing and opportunity to showcase what visionary director has in its kitty to the country, which the movie utilized in the best way. Not only in Telegu but the dubbed Hindi version is also making records and will emerge the highest grosser of all time soon. The Hindi version has made 245 crore Nett. so far and in all probability, it will overtake Dhoom:3 (285 CR), Sultan (300 CR), Bajrangi Bhaijaan (326 CR), PK (341 CR) and Dangal (387 CR) in the next 7 days. The first part of the movie earned 116 CR in Hindi but this time it may even touch 450 crores. If we add the collections of all the languages then in just one week the movie has become the highest-grossing film of all time in India. the total domestic Nett. collections of the movie stand a whopping 530 CR (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada version) and may go up to 800 crores Nett. So far the movie has grossed around 830 Crores in its 1st Week Worldwide, it is the first film to enter Lifetime 500 CR Nett Club and is now potentially eyeing around 1250 CR worldwide gross and 750 CR Domestic Nett including all in its lifetime. The film has created 1st Week Records in each and every state of the Country is a first of its kind achievement, the most commendable thing is that a film has finally become PAN India product which the Bollywood films have failed to do so. Rajamauli made spent 250 crores on it, He intentionally made the film to earn a lot of money in PAN India with 6500 screens and immensely hiked ticket priced and yet the intention got fulfilled is its greatest achievement.
In overseas also the film is roaring, it has become the highest grossing film in the USA beating all Aamir Khan starrer previous all-time blockbusters (Dangal, PK, Dhoom:3) and made around $12.5 million USD so far, its first-week total overseas collection is $28 million USD (184 CR) and has overtaken the lifetime collections of major overseas hit like 3 idiots, My Name is Khan and Bajrangi Bhaijaan and only behind to Dhoom:3 ($32 million), Dangal ($35 million and running) and PK ($48 million). This movie is going to be the 1st non-Aamir Khan film to earn over $30 million USD in Overseas. The box office is happy and we wish the season continues to flourish.
